My artwork cannot be altered in any way, shape or form; this includes my signature. Unless there is previous discussion about my artwork being used for commercial purposes, my signature will always remain on my artwork.

I do not give anyone or anything permission to use my artwork in AI generation.

No one has permission to use my art for any advertising other than using an example I have commissioned for their own commission examples; even then, I prefer approval being asked for first.

No one has permission to trace or copy/heavily reference my artwork.

You must credit me if you post my art anywhere, despite having my signature on it.

I reserve the right to deny service from anyone for any reason.

I reserve the right to post commissions unless requested otherwise.

I only accept payment via USD and PayPal. Any conversions must be done via PayPal and international customers are subject to conversion fees by PayPal or their financial institution.

A commission/artwork may be subject to an additional fee due to PayPal charging the artist (me).

I require payment upfront unless discussed otherwise; payment plans are an option if the artwork is more than $60. A downpayment is required. Final product will not be delivered until paid in full.

I accept holds no longer than a week.

I do not accept refunds unless for whatever reason unless I cancel a commission.

Complicated/Detailed commissions are subject to an additional fee.

Occasionally I will accept gift cards or items in exchange for a commission. This can be discussed previous to a commission for approval.

Any more than 3 MAJOR changes is subject to additional fees. I charge an additional $10 per major change.

If you file a chargeback against me, you are blacklisted.

Backing out of a bid or promising funds that you do not have will result in you being blacklisted.

I have all of my commission options listed under the 'commissions' tab. If there is something you're wanting that is not listed, contact me and we can discuss pricing.

Once payment is completed in full, I will send your first WIP (work-in-progress).

You need to provide as many details as you are wanting included in your commission. If any additional details are provided afterwards, your are subject to fees if they are MAJOR. Minor details are fine.

I offer 3-4 WIPs. The sketch, the linework, base colors and perhaps renders or the background.

You are welcome to ask for updates - however, if an update is requested more than once every three days, I reserve the right to ignore and follow up once an update is available. A rush project is subject to additional fees that will need to be discussed prior to commission.

If I reach out to you for verification on something and do not receive a timely response, your commission will be delayed by the amount of time it took to receive said response.

A commission will usually take, at most, one month. I will notify you if it is going to take longer. Usually they are done within a week or two but I have other work outside of commissions.

Once a commission/piece is finished, I will send you the full file either via Discord, toyhou.se or email.

Odds are I will take breaks from a commission to work on other pieces; this is usually only done if I am waiting on a response from you or something comes up in my personal life. Typically I do not work on weekends but if I have the time, I will.

Any designs of mine can be gifted, traded or sold. You may not sell a design of mine for a higher price than you paid for it unless there is additional art. I trust the owner to sell it for what it is worth.

I make my blacklist public. Please do not give any of my designs to said blacklisted users. If I find that you have, you are subject to be blacklisted as well.

My designs can be turned into closed species as long as no MAJOR changes occur. If the design no longer looks like mine, that would be considered a major change.

I am okay with you making changes and alterations as long as I am credited for the original design.

Any questions about changes can be addressed with me personally though I want the designs to bring someone happiness and not limitations.

If you decide to use a design I made for commercial purposes, an additional fee will be charged. If the fee is not paid or if I find you using a character of mine for commercial purposes without my consent, you will be blacklisted and further action may be taken.

Using my designs for Twitch or Vtubing is permitted as long as I am given credit the design. If you are using the design to accept any form of donations or anything of monetary value that is considered commercial use and is subject to an additional fee. You will need to ask my permission for this use.

You can make any physical items based on the character as long as you are not making money off of it.

The only time I will ever blacklist someone is if I find that they have treated me unfairly, made me uncomfortable or gone against my TOS's.

If I find out you are using my designs in a hateful or inappropriate manner, you will be blacklisted. This includes any hate or discrimination towards the LGBTQ+ community, race, disability, ancestry or sex. If I find that you are associating my character with deliberate s+xual abuse, ped+philia or non-con you will be blacklisted.

NSFW (not safe for work) entails anything you wouldn't feel comfortable showing to a stranger. This includes sexual or suggestive content, gore, use of weapons, etc. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who wants something done that I am not personally okay with - I will not shame you or be unprofessional but I will refuse service.

If you are requesting any NSFW content you NEED to verify and prove that you are 18+. This can be done by sending a photo ID and blacking out any information other than name and birthday. If your deadname is on your ID and you are uncomfortable sending, please reference your preferred name as well as providing the birth date.

Any other form of documentation or proof of age is fine as long as you can provide it, whatever it may be.

If you refuse to provide any form of age verification, I will deny you an NSFW commission or character. I am firm on this rule.
